Celovebrate Coaching

This practicum experience allows you to explore The Rewind Reset program at no cost while helping me complete my certification requirements.

As part of completing my Relationship Coach Certification through the Center for Thriving Relationships, I’m inviting 2 couples to experience a limited complimentary round of The Rewind Reset — a Celovebrate Coaching series designed to help you rediscover, rebuild, and reconnect.

These are full, guided sessions that blend heartfelt conversation with meaningful tools, reflection prompts, and communication practices — all rooted in the Celovebrate approach to love, gratitude, and presence.

Sessions will be approximately 1-hour and 15 minutes and held over Zoom. All sessions are completely confidential and will not be recorded. I am simply required to document my reflections afterwards, but your names and personal information will not be shared with anyone whatsoever.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Three private, 1:1 coaching sessions (virtual via Zoom)
  • Personalized tools and connection exercises after each session
  • Reflection and gratitude prompts to deepen your progress
  • A safe, supportive space to explore your story together

There’s no cost to participate — just a willingness to show up with openness and curiosity.

Who It’s For:

  • Couples who feel emotionally distant or “stuck” in routine
  • Those who want to bring warmth, playfulness, and gratitude back into their relationship
  • Partners open to honest reflection and small, consistent shifts

You don’t have to be in crisis. This is for couples who love each other but want to feel closer again.

How It Works:

You’ll complete three 1-hour and 15 min sessions (over 3–4 weeks) on Zoom.
Each session builds on the last, blending evidence-based tools from the Center for Thriving Relationships with my own Celovebrate Coaching framework designed to help couples:

  • Remember your connection story
  • Rebuild communication patterns
  • Renew emotional and physical closeness

After your final session, you’ll receive a Certificate of Reconnection from me as a keepsake of your growth.
