At Celovebrate, we believe that love stories deserve more than a generic celebration – they deserve a carefully crafted experience.
Unlike larger, impersonal events, Celovebrate is intimate by design allowing you and your guests to truly connect, reminisce, and celebrate your love story in a relaxed, meaningful way. We invest the time, heart, and creativity to make every Celovebrate event feel special because your story is worth it.
Choose the package that best fits the size of your gathering and the experience you want to create.
Celovebrate Classic: $100 per couple
- In-home (Boston, MA or surrounding areas)
- 3-6 couples (including the couple that booked the event)
- Fully guided experience (2 – 2.5 hours)
- Storytelling prompts and playful activities
- Group and couple photo in our Celovebrate selfie frame
- Gift for each guest
Celovebrate Signature: $150 per couple
- In-home (Boston, MA or surrounding areas)
- 3-6 couples (including the couple that booked the event)
- Fully guided experience (2 – 2.5 hours)
- Storytelling prompts and playful activities
- Group and couple photo in our Celovebrate selfie frame
- Premium gift for each guest
- Personalized “Origin Story” Art Print as a keepsake for each couple
- Special “thank you” gift for the host couple (sent after the event)
Celovebrate Virtual: $110 per couple
- Virtual
- 1-3 couples (including the couple that booked the event)
- Fully guided experience (1 – 1.5 hours)
- Storytelling prompts and playful activities
- Each couple can provide a photo of their choice to be turned into a commemorative keepsake (optional)
- Gift for each guest (mailed in advance)
- A deck of Ways to Celovebrate cards for each couple
Cancellation & Refund policy:
We understand that life happens and we want to be as flexible as possible while honoring the care and planning that goes into every Celovebrate event.
Event cancellation (includes virtual)
- Cancellation 14+ days before your event: Full refund or option to reschedule your event for a later date (subject to availability)
- Cancellation 7-13 days before your event: 50% refund or option to reschedule your event for a later date (subject to availability)
- Cancellation less than 7 days before your event: 25% refund or option to reschedule your event for a later date (subject to availability)
- Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before your event: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund, but you may reschedule your event for a later date (subject to availability)
If a couple cannot attend the event (includes virtually)
Consider replacing the couple on your guest list with another couple who is willing to participate. Otherwise, refunds will be as follows
- Cancellation 14+ days before the event: Full refund to the couple
- Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund to the couple
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: 25% refund to the couple
- Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the event: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund to the couple
PLEASE NOTE: Your booking confirms your event date. We lovingly prepare materials and personalize your event well in advance which is why we appreciate as much notice as possible if plans need to change. Thanks for understanding.
Rescheduling (includes virtual)
- You’re welcome to reschedule your event once with no charge, as long as you let us know at least 14 days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and are dependent on availability.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds of any kind are given after an event.
